The show focuses on hobbies and interesting pastimes and asks the question, "Why do these things make us happy?" The show was born out of a deep curiosity about the why and how of hobbyist obsession. In every episode, we focus on a central thesis, either to introduce the audience to a new hobby they may be interested in, or to explore a mental health topic, and particularly how that topic might affect hobbyists.
People take hobbies for a variety of reasons, but the most fundamental reason of all is simply because we enjoy them.
