WMYH Ep. 6 Solitude

Today we’re going to spend just a little time alone on the topics of solitude and vacations. Vacations are often lauded for their restorative effects, but similarly blamed for being more stressful than our day to day life, hence the popular quote, “I need a vacation from my vacation.” In today’s solo episode, we’re going to discuss how solitude can restore the mind and spirit.
