Bikur Cholim's Flash Flix
Herschel and his wife, who lived in the Land of Israel, were given some bad news. Herschel's wife was gravely ill, and required an immediate lung transplant. In Israel, the doctors told him, they would not find a proper donor in time, and so they must travel to America.
While his wife was ill, Herschel cared for her, but while he did that, he could not work, and the burden of travelling to another country where he did not speak the language, and where his savings were dwindling was daunting.
When the Scheinfeld family stepped off the plane, they were greeted by members of Bikur Cholim of Cleveland, and from there, Herschel and his family were able to focus on what really matters - getting better.

FAREWELL RABBI TRUBOFF
The Oheb Zedek Cedar Sinai Synagogue bids a tearful and heartfelt farewell to Rabbi Truboff and his family, who have served the synagogue well for many years. Rabbi Truboff and his family have decided to take the plunge and move to Israel, which is the ultimate goal for a Zionist Modern Orthodox rabbi, Like Rabbi Truboff.
The congregation is very proud of him, and they wish him the very best for health, for happiness, and for livelihood.

Chaviva High School is a brand new Jewish girls' college prep school currently being built from the ground up by innovative and entrepreneurial Jewish women in Cleveland, Ohio. Their goal is to create a vibrant and exciting environment, with the very latest that educational science has to offer. They are utilizing technology whenever it is available and useful, and they are placing a strong emphasis on the interpersonal connection forged between teacher and student.
We are excited to see their school come to fruition.
JUDAISM THROUGH THE PRISM OF THE ARTS
Fuchs Mizrachi School in Cleveland, Ohio is a modern orthodox Jewish day school that prizes a student's connection and relationship to their studies. They created a class in which students can explore their faith and understanding of the world through the Arts, studying emotions and connections, talent and skill.

Partners In Torah of Cleveland is back this year with an impressive film about their flagship program, Tuesday Night Learning. In the weekly event, newcomers and old hands alike are brought together under one roof for an hour of Torah study in a no pressure zone.

CHALLAH BAKE 2017
The Shabbos Project gathers Jews together all around the world each year to participate in the religious and cultural tradition of Shabbos, or the Jewish Sabbath. For the women, one of the central activities is the baking of challah, Jewish braided bread. In Cleveland, the Shabbos Project gathered 2,000 women at Landerhaven Hall to participate.
TELSHE YESHIVA: 75th ANNIVERSARY
This year marks the 75th anniversary of Telshe Yeshiva in Cleveland. To celebrate this tremendous milestone, they explored the recent resurgence of the popularity of the yeshiva.
