I’ve wanted to play Cities Skylines for quite a while after seeing some videos by Biffa on YouTube. Confusion and frustration were bound to crop up, but I was determined to learn the game without resorting to how-to videos looking up tutorials. In the end, the game was able to teach me how to play.
